Business Lines and Calls
We are able to provide a portfolio of PSTN, ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 lines each with their own customised options. Prices are comparable to industry levels, and in many cases we are cheaper than our competitors.
Contract lengths are as low as 1 month to ensure you have the greatest level of flexibility.
PSTN (Public Services Telephone Network)
Analogue PSTN lines are a cost effective telephony solution providing a reliable and high quality service suitable for residential and business customers. They are available as residential, business single and business multi-line (aux) options.
ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network)
Digital ISDN lines are particularly suitable for businesses requiring simultaneous inbound/outbound calling capability and are completely flexible, easily accommodating growth and changing requirements within an organisation. For example, an organisation with 30 staff who has the requirement for each staff member to have their own inbound telephone number to receive calls, may only require a 6 simultaneous call capacity at one time. ISDN 2 and ISDN 30 solutions are available and we can advise and quote depending on your requirements.
Our talk solutions aren't simply to supply you with a cheaper alternative to larger call providers. Using our own telecom billing platform we are able to provide you with a multitude of analysis tools to get to information that means something to you and your business. Unlike other providers who send paper itemised calls which are often summaries, we provide detailed online logs of every call made including duration destination and cost. The search facilites can then allow you to make accurate cost summaries on a per destination basis.
High Quality Calls
We have a no compromise policy where phone calls are concerned. You needn't worry that by moving your calls you are sacrificing poor quality conversations in order to make cost savings. All calls are routed through tier 1 carriers.
Paper-Free Itemised Billing
In the interest of the environment and to help ensure we stick to offering low cost calls, we do not print or post any bills to you. All itemised calls are available for viewing online via our control panels, and should you so wish printable versions are available
More than call savings...
All too often telecoms companies focus on price to attract new customers. We have something more to offer than just low-cost calls. Our in-house developed billing platform allows you to access itemised calls, graphical statistics, and the ability to interrogate data in seconds. Paper based itemised bills can't come close.
Per Second Billing
If a call lasts for 20 seconds you are billed for 20 seconds. All too often telecom companies will either round this to the nearest minute or apply a minimum charge.
Local & National Calls
We don't differentiate between local and national calls. As such calls to all UK landline numbers are treated the same.
No Minimum Call Charges
Unlike the large proportion of the telecom industry we do not impose any form of minimum charge. You only pay for the time you spend on the phone.
