Business line rental - great prices, even better service.

If you're part of a business, charity or third sector organisation, move your line rental to us and start consolidating all your services into one bill. We can transfer or install any type of line, from a single analogue line to ISDN30 with dozens of channels and hundreds of DDIs.

Because the lines remain within BT's infrastructure, you get the same great call quality and calling features, with the advantage of being part of a greener supply chain, using an ethical supplier with award winning customer service, and lower prices.

Analogue line rental

Analogue lines are usually single lines with one number. With a multi-line it's possible to add auxilary analogue lines to an installation, so up to eight lines can share a single number.

Single lines and multi-lines are supported, and available for installation, and most calling features will carry on working as normal. You can transfer your line even if there's broadband on it, with no loss of service.

Transfer your line to ecotel networks, or install a new one, and you will be able to carry on using the great calling features you rely on, with the added reassurance of being able to contact ecotel networks dedicated customer service team whenever you need help.

ISDN line rental

ISDN is a high performance digital telephone line that can be used for voice, fax, and data communications like a regular telephone line. You can connect many digital devices to a single line, and make more than one call at at time.

ISDN2 - up to eight digital lines connecting your office

For the expanding office, ISDN2 is the perfect solution. A single ISDN2 line will support eight devices, and let you make two calls at once.

For more demanding users who need even greater flexibility, ISDN2 plus a phone system can handle all the calling requirements of an office of up to fifteen people.

Bond four ISDN2 lines together, and on one number you'll be able to make up to eight calls at once and connect as many devices as your phone system can handle.

With DDI (Direct Dial-in) numbers, you won't need a switchboard, as every phone can have its own full landline number so that it can be called directly from anywhere.

DDIs

  • Connect a DDI range: £90.
  • DDI activation fee: £0.90 per DDI (minimum range is 10 DDIs).
  • DDI rental: £0.33.

ISDN30 - one line, limitless potential.

For the office that requires maximum expandability, ISDN30 can future-proof you for years to come.

A single ISDN30 line connected to a PBX can support up to eight calls in its most basic configuration, and can scale up to handle thirty concurrent connections.

With DDI (Direct Dial-in) numbers, you won't need a switchboard, as every phone can have its own full landline number so that it can be called directly from anywhere.

Our talk solutions aren't simply to supply you with a cheaper alternative to larger call providers. Using our own bespoke telecom billing platform we are able to provide you with a multitude of analysis tools to get to information that means something to you and your business. Unlike other providers who send paper itemised calls which are often summaries, we provide detailed online logs of every call made including duration destination and cost. The search facilites can then allow you to make accurate cost summaries on a per destination basis.

High Quality Calls
We have a no compromise policy where phone calls are concerned. You needn't worry that by moving your calls you are sacrificing poor quality conversations in order to make cost savings. All calls are routed through tier 1 carriers.

All our call rates are made simple, itemised per second billing and no connection or minimum call charge.

You only pay for the duration off the call you make.

High Call Spend?

If you spend more than £100 per month on calls we can create a bespoke rate for you. Let us know what type of calls make most so we can target further reductions where it will save you most. Call us now on 0844 330 1075 for a quotation. It could save you £100's off you call costs.

Make your calls over the web

FeaturePlus is our high quality Voice over IP (VoIP) solution, a perfect alternative to an entry level phone system or FeatureLine for the expanding office.

How does it work?

Using your broadband connection, and either a specially configured analogue sip line or IP phone, you can send and receive calls over the internet, via our secure network. With an analogue adaptor, you use your existing phones, and benefit from up to two extra lines (subscriptions). The IP phones connect directly to your Ethernet router or switch and can scale up to offer even more lines, saving you money on line rental.

All the equipment comes preconfigured, so all you need to do is plug it in, and it's ready to use.

Control your calls

Our online control panel lets you manage, and monitor, the service in real time. With it, you can set up voicemails, call diverts, hunt groups; even music on hold to play to your callers. It also lets you monitor all the calls across the business, even at remote sites, and add and remove users.

Portable and resilient

Best of all, because the service is hosted on the internet, and not by a phone exchange, you're not limited to a certain number, or tied to a location. Choose your own phone number, and because FeaturePlus lives on the internet, your calls can reach you anywhere there's an internet connection.

Just plug in your FeaturePlus device and you're all set.

So not only can you use it on the move, or keep your numbers when you move office, but if the phone lines at your office were to ever have a fault, you can keep your business running, just by plugging your phones in somewhere else.
